About

WELCOME

All of us have moments in our lives where we feel lost, confused or overwhelmed. Maybe past experiences make you feel stuck, maybe you have trouble connecting with people, maybe you are experiencing feelings of depression or anxiety, maybe you have relocated to a new country and have trouble shaking off that feeling of loneliness or maybe you simply want to get to know yourself better.

No matter the reason, everyone can profit from a safe space where they can open up about their problems and needs. Through evidence-based therapy you can learn to re-evaluate disturbing thoughts, to resolve difficult emotions, and to let go of unwanted habits.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Schema Therapy. I work with children, adolescents, parents and adults. Through my holistic, person-centered approach, I help my clients discover their inner strengths in order to overcome obstacles and fears.

ABOUT

As a Clinical Psychologist, I draw from my comprehensive training and vast experience in the treatment of clients of all ages. I have worked in many different settings such as one of Germany’s leading university psychiatric clinics as well as in private practice, treating the whole spectrum of psychological problems.

I was born and raised in Germany, have lived in the United States and currently call Tel Aviv my home. This exposure to a diverse set of cultures has taught me to listen to the unique story of each person I meet.

I feel privileged to be trusted to accompany my clients on their journey to address their emotional pain, vulnerabilities, fears, and hopes. Witnessing their courage, strength, and determination along this journey is my biggest inspiration.

BACKGROUND

Right after finishing my Master’s degree in 2014, I started practicing as a clinical psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at the University Hospital Frankfurt, one of Germany’s most advanced hospitals. During my time there, I worked with adolescents suffering from different psychological problems (e.g., depression and eating disorders). Additionally, I conducted research projects on emotion processing as part of my PhD thesis.

In 2016 I started working with patients in an outpatient setting as part of my postgraduate graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Soon thereafter, I applied the same set of skills in a private setting. My work during that period included the diagnostic assessment and evidence-based treatment of patients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds.

After relocating to Israel in the summer of 2019 I started working as a clinical psychologist at Cognetica Center, one of Israel’s leading CBT centers. Shortly thereafter, I opened my own private practice in the heart of Tel Aviv.
